Core Technical Advantages & Performance Parameters for Tropical Environments
High-Precision Print Engine and Ink Curing
UVPRINTONE’s printers utilize Ricoh Gen5 printheads with variable dot technology, achieving 1200 x 1200 dpi resolution for sharp text and gradients. The UV-LED curing system instantly hardens inks, reducing drying time and enabling printing on non-absorbent substrates. This is critical for Samoa’s humid production floors, where traditional solvent inks may fail.
Weather Resistance and Color Fastness
Our inks contain UV stabilizers and flexible resins that resist cracking under thermal expansion. In accelerated weathering tests (ASTM G154), prints on
acrylic board for UV printing retain 95% color density after 2000 hours of UV exposure. For outdoor applications, we recommend a clear UV laminate to extend lifespan to 5 years in Samoa’s coastal environment.
Production Efficiency and Material Versatility
With a maximum print width of 2.5 meters and speeds up to 100 m²/hour, our systems handle high-volume orders for construction and advertising projects. The automatic height adjustment sensor accommodates materials from 0.1 mm film to 50 mm thick boards, making it ideal for mixed-material jobs. This flexibility reduces setup time and waste, lowering overall project costs for Samoan clients.
